1385.02 CONNECTION OF EQUIPMENT; PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION; ISSUANCE; FEE.
   Any person wishing to connect emergency alarm equipment to the police station must first acquire a permit therefor. Upon proper application by any person to connect installed equipment to the City police station to receive emergency alarms, the Chief of Police or his or her authorized representative may issue a permit for such connection. The annual fee for such permit shall be as set forth beginning on June 1 of each year or any part of a year or any part of each year, below:
   Emergency Alarm Systems Permit (per year or part thereof): twenty-four dollars ($24.00)
