1385.01 PURPOSE; SCOPE.

Any residence or lawful business located in the City may be equipped with an emergency alarm, for the purpose of detecting and signaling unauthorized intrusion, upon compliance with this chapter. Existing installations are subject to the requirements of this chapter, including those pertaining to permits. This chapter specifically does not apply to fire alarm systems. (Ord. 26-87.
