1356.01 DEFINITION.
   "Building" for the purpose of this chapter, means a structure designed, built or occupied as a shelter or other enclosure for a person, animal or property and used for residential, business, mercantile, storage, commercial, industrial, institutional, assembly, educational or recreational purposes, excluding motor vehicles licensed as such by the appropriate governmental authority. Any structure, the outside dimensions of which are all less than ten feet in width, ten feet in length and fourteen feet in height, including the moving facility, shall not fall within this definition. Also included are prefabricated dwellings and buildings which are trucked in and assembled on a building site.
