(a) No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any part of a park or building, sign, equipment or other property found therein, nor shall any tree, flower, shrub or other vegetation or fruit or seed thereof, or rock or mineral be removed, injured, destroyed or disturbed.
(b) Any person who violates provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be required, in addition to any other penalty, to make restitution for any such injury, defacement, destroying, disturbing or removing caused by them.
