The following terms as used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them
herein:
(a) "Park" means any and all land controlled by the Director of Public Service and/or Park-Recreation Board.
(b) "Board" means the Park-Recreation Board, or its designated representative.
(c) "Director" means the Director of Public Service.
(d) "Person" includes individuals and corporations.
