557.44 HARBOR MASTER TO ENFORCE REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police is hereby designated as Harbor Master for the City, and he or any of his duly appointed deputies shall regulate the navigation, operation, mooring and anchoring of all watercraft in or upon the waters of the City, in accordance with this chapter, and he shall be charged with the enforcement of this chapter.
