(a) No individual, corporation or other entity shall conduct or hold any function, promotion, or otherwise cause or allow any premises in or on which alcoholic beverages are sold to be used for or promoted for such a function or promotion that is advertised, and/or intended and/or designed to primarily attract and/or be attended by individuals who have not attained an age at which they can lawfully purchase alcoholic beverages within the State of Ohio.
(b) Any individual, corporation or other entity who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
