(a) Whenever the person responsible under this Chapter with the maintenance of a structure or premises fails to comply with any final order as provided in this Chapter, the Solicitor may file an action seeking injunctive relief or any other remedies as provided by law.

(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined as follows:
(1) For the first offense, not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(2) If the defendant has been convicted or pled guilty once before under Chapter 1307, not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) or more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(3) If the defendant has been convicted or pled guilty twice before under Chapter 1307, not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or no more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(4) If the defendant has been convicted or pled guilty three previous times under Chapter 1307, not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
