The Village shall limit connections into sewer lines if sufficient capacity to handle additional wastewater is unavailable in the system, or if required to protect the facilities from damage. Any person applying for a permit to connect to a public sewer shall provide, with the application for said building sewer permit, sufficient data as required by the Village, regarding the location, type of wastewater and amount of flow to be conveyed to the public sewer. Any costs associated with the applicable charges herein shall be borne by the person applying for the building sewer permit.
