907.06 TERMS OF PERMITS.
   (a)    Cable Television Franchise Permits as well as Telecommunications and Utility Permits shall be granted for a term not to exceed ten (10) years.
   (b)    The terms of Special Permits shall be determined by the Village Administrator but shall in no event exceed ten (10) years.
