4-111: ENCOURAGING ANIMALS TO FIGHT:

It is unlawful for any person to instigate or encourage a fight between animals; or, to encourage one animal to attack, pursue, or annoy another animal, except a noxious nondomesticated animal; or to keep a house, pit, or other place used for fights between animals. (1985 Code; amended 1988)
