Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the Town and upon conviction thereof shall be punished for violation of a Class A offense, with a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment not exceeding sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment, plus all court costs and statutory penalties, as set forth in this Code.
