A. Upon application and proof of license by the ABLE Commission, there is hereby levied upon each person, firm, partnership, or corporation holding a license for a principal place of business located in the Town an annual Occupation Tax.
1. All license fees will be fifteen dollars ($15.00) annually.
B. The tax will be paid no later than one year from date of issuance or renewal of license by the State of Oklahoma and on or before the same day for each year thereafter. (Ord. 453, 11-13-2018)
