Unless otherwise provided for herein, every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), including costs. (Ord. 301, 3-11-1996; amd. Ord. 322, 2-9-1998)
