A. The board of trustees shall meet regularly, on the second Monday of each month at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M., and at such other times as it may prescribe by ordinance, resolution, or otherwise. Where the day for a meeting falls upon a day which is a legal holiday in the state, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday. Special meetings may be called by the mayor or any three (3) trustees. A majority of all the members of the board shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day. (1985 Code; amd. Ord. 336, 1-28-2002)
B. All meetings, regular, special or otherwise, shall be held in the council room in the town hall unless otherwise specified by duly recorded act of the board of trustees to be made public by duly published notice in the "Northwest Oklahoman" newspaper. (Ord. 336, 1-28-2002)
