It is unlawful for any owner or person otherwise in possession or control of any lot, tract or parcel of land, to allow trash or weeds to grow, stand upon such premises, or along the sidewalk, street or unpaved alley adjacent to such premises. It is the duty of such owner to cut, remove or destroy any and all such weeds or grass on such premises. (Ord. 428, 9-14-2015, eff. 9-14-2015)
