(A) The town may construct extensions of its sewer lines to points within the town limits upon the payment of the fees and charges for the extension of sewer lines and connections as required by this chapter.

(B) (1) Single-family dwellings must have a separate sewer tap, minimum of a four-inch tap per lot.
(2) Sewer taps for mobile home parks may allow two mobile homes per tap when installed by developer not smaller than four-inches.
(3) (a) One four-inch sewer tap may be allowed to serve a duplex apartment.
(b) Two or more four-inch sewer taps to serve a triplex apartment building.
(4) Subdivision and mobile home park sewer taps may be wavered to developer when installing such.
