§ 50.03  APPLICATION FOR SERVICE; METER DEPOSIT; CONNECTION FEE.
   (A)   Each person, firm or corporation desiring electric service from the town shall first make an application with the Town Clerk.
   (B)   The person, firm or corporation shall deposit with the Town Clerk a sum of money as a meter deposit, the amount of which shall be as set forth in § 50.16 and kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (C)   The deposit shall be refunded to the consumer on termination of services and when all bills are paid in full.
   (D)   In addition to the meter deposit, all electric consumers will be charged a nonrefundable connection fee as set forth in the Town Schedule of Rates and Fees, a copy of which is located in the office of the Town Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, upon commencement of service.
