§ 50.02 TAMPERING WITH METER; UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ELECTRIC CURRENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to break a seal, remove a meter or turn on the electric current for any purpose without having first made application with the Town Clerk, made the required deposit and made all periodic payments for the electric services supplied.
