§ 50.01  REGULATION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE.
    A)   All matters pertaining to the use, rental, charge supply and regulation of electric lights and power shall be under the direction of the Board of Commissioners or their authorized representatives.
   (B)   (1)   Only the Board of Commissioners, or their designated agent or employee, is authorized to turn on the electric current.
      (2)   By making application for the purchase and use of current, every applicant thereby grants permission for the town, the Board of Commissioners or their agents or employees to come upon the premises where the electric current is used for the purpose of turning on and turning off the current and for the purpose of inspecting all equipment and devices by which the electric current is supplied and used.
