(A) Any examination of the public records of the town must be done within the town offices.
(B) Insofar as possible, adequate space will be provided for persons desiring to inspect the public records.
(C) The public records may be reviewed and examined at any time during normal business hours of the Town Hall, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., subject to the guidelines of this chapter.
