§ 36.02  REQUESTS FOR INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
   (A)   When possible, citizens are requested to submit to the Town Clerk any request for specific records that they have in mind to inspect in order that he or she may have ample time to make them available without having to interfere with the normal operations of the town office.
   (B)   Citizens are requested to submit, in writing, to the members of the Board of Commissioners any request for records that they have in order that they may process the same at the time most convenient to the town office.
   (C)   Customers or citizens coming to the town office shall be served on a first come, first served basis.
