§ 33.18  CONTRACT FOR FIRE SERVICES.
   The town may provide fire service by contracting with an incorporated non-profit volunteer or community fire department under the terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board of Commissioners and may appropriate the funds as the Board may deem appropriate.
