§ 33.17  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Fire Department may from time to time adopt its own rules and regulations governing the Fire Department subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   In the absence of the adoption of the rules, the Department shall be governed by applicable provisions of the North Carolina Fire Protection Code.
