§ 33.16  FIRE CHIEF; DUTIES.
   (A)   If the town operates a fire department, the Board of Commissioners shall appoint the Fire Chief.
   (B)   The duties of the town’s Fire Chief shall be to preserve and care for fire apparatus, have charge of fighting and extinguishing fires, train Fire Department personnel, seek out and have corrected all places and conditions dangerous to the safety of the town and its citizens from fire and make annual reports to the Board of Commissioners concerning these duties.
