§ 33.02  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO SUPERVISE; DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
   The Board of Commissioners shall have general supervision over the Police Department.  The Chief of Police may suspend any officer of the Police Department until the next regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners, at which time final determination shall be made with respect to the employment status of any suspended police officer.
