§ 33.01 ORGANIZATION.

(A) The police force shall consist of the Chief of Police and as many police officers as the Board of Commissioners shall from time to time determine and employ as many special police officers as the Mayor or Police Commissioner and Police Chief may deem necessary to appoint for special purposes.

(B) Police officers need not be residents of the town.
