§ 32.32 BOARD VACANCIES AND COMPENSATION.

(A) Vacancies occurring for other than expiration of term shall be filled as they occur for the remainder of the un-expired term and such vacancy shall be filled by the Town Board.

(B) Members shall serve without pay but may be reimbursed with prior approval of the Town Board for any expenses incurred while representing the Board.
