§ 155.07  BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREAS.
   The Special Flood Hazard Areas are those identified under the Cooperating Technical State (CTS) agreement between the State of North Carolina and FEMA in its Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for Edgecombe County, dated June 18, 2013, Nash County, dated June 18, 2013, and Wilson County, dated April 16, 2013 and the accompanying flood maps such as the Flood Insurance Rate Map Panels (3736J, 3737K, 3746J, 3747K, 3748K, 3756K, 3757K, and 3758K), including any digital data developed as part of the FIS, which are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. Future revisions to the FIS or FIRM panels that do not change flood hazard data within the jurisdicational authority of the Town of Sharpsburg are also adopted by reference and declared to be part of this chapter. Subsquent revisions to the FIRM should be adopted within six month.
   (A)   The initial Flood Insurance Rate Map for Edgecombe County, dated August 3, 1981.
   (B)   The initial Flood Insurance Rate Map for Nash County, dated June 1, 1978.
   (C)   The intiial Flood Insurance Rate Map for Wilson County, dated January 6, 1983.
   (D)   The initial Flood Insurance Rate Map for the Town of Sharpsburg, dated November 3, 2004.
