§ 31.29  OTHER OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   Such other officers and employees as are deemed necessary shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners.  All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners and receive that compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board.
