§ 31.20  BUDGET OFFICER.
   (A)   The town shall appoint a Budget Officer to serve at the will of the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The duties of Budget Officer may be imposed on any town officer or employee, including the Mayor or a Town Commissioner.
