§ 150.07  COMPLIANCE WITH CODES.
   (A)   All buildings or structures which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed, erected, altered, extended, enlarged, repaired, demolished or removed shall conform to the requirements, minimum standards and other provisions of either the North Carolina State Building Code, General Construction, Volume I, or the North Carolina Uniform Residential Building Code, Volume I-B, whichever is applicable, or both, if both are applicable.
   (B)   All electrical wiring, installations and appurtenances shall be erected, altered, repaired, used and maintained in accordance with the minimum standards, requirements and other provisions of the Electrical Code.
   (C)   Every building intended for human habitation, occupancy or use shall have plumbing, plumbing systems or plumbing fixtures installed, constructed, altered, extended, repaired or re- constructed in accordance with the minimum standards, requirements and other provisions of the Plumbing Code.  However, any standards or requirements, dependent upon or solely applicable to the existence of a sewage collection system rather than septic tanks shall not be required until the date of the completion of the sewage collection system in the town.
   (D)   All mechanical systems consisting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, fuel burning equipment and appurtenances shall be installed, erected, repaired, used and maintained in accordance with the minimum standards, requirements and other provisions of the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Code.
