§ 150.05 UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   The 1968 Edition of the North Carolina Uniform Residential Building Code (North Carolina State Building Code, Volume I-B, Residential One- and Two-Family Dwellings), as adopted and amended by the State Building Code Council, is adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Residential Building Code for One- and Two-Family Residential Buildings in the town.
