The most current edition of the North Carolina Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Code (North Carolina State Building Code, Volume III, Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation) as adopted and published by the State Building Code Council and as amended, is adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Code for the town.
