§ 31.19  FINANCE OFFICER.
   (A)   The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners at each election year.
   (B)   The duties of the Finance Officer may be imposed on the Town Clerk or any other officer or employee permitted by law by the Board of Commissioners.  The Finance Officer shall perform the following duties:
      (1)   Attend all meetings of the Board of Commissioners;
      (2)   Perform those duties required of the Office of Finance Officer by state law; and
      (3)   Perform those duties as the Board of Commissioners may from time to time require.
