§ 131.03  UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any two or more persons within the town to assemble together for any unlawful purpose, or being assembled, to act in concert to do any unlawful act with force and violence against the property of the town, or the person or property of another, or against the peace or to the terror of citizens or other persons or who shall make any movement or preparation therefor.
   (B)   No person shall knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace or any riotous, offensive, or disorderly conduct in or upon the premises owned by him or her or under his or her control within the town.
