§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 130.01 is a general misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not exceeding $50, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both.
