§ 116.02  PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   A yard sale, as defined above, shall be limited to the daylight hours of no more than two consecutive days, four times during the calendar year.
   (B)   No more than two signs of not more than six square feet each may be displayed on the property of the residence where the sale is held.
   (C)   Permits are not required for the signs.
   (D)   Signs may not be exhibited for more than two days prior to the day the sale is to be commenced and must be removed at the completion of the sale.
   (E)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to or affect the following persons or sales:
      (1)   Persons selling goods pursuant to an order or process of a court of competent jurisdiction; and/or
      (2)   Any person conducting an incidental sale of one or two separate items when the sale is not part of a general sale of a number of items of personal property.
