§ 115.60 EVASION OF FARE.

Any person who obtains transportation from a licensed taxicab or limousine driver without paying therefor with intent to defraud the driver or who after obtaining the transportation refuses or knowingly and willfully fails to pay for the same shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
