(A) The driver’s permit shall be subject to revocation by the Chief of Police for the violation of provision of this code, state law or town ordinance, rule or regulation governing or regulating the operation of taxicabs or motor vehicles or relating to alcoholic beverages or prostitution.
(B) The permit may be revoked by the Board of commissioners upon a finding by the Board that the driver is not a suitable person to operate a taxicab in the town.
(C) The driver shall be notified when the revocation of this permit will be considered by the Board of Commissioners and he or she shall be given an opportunity to attend and be heard.
