§ 115.23  ACCIDENT REPORT.
   It shall be the duty of any taxicab limousine operator, owner or driver to report any and all accidents of any taxicabs including incidents of passenger injury operated by him or her to the Chief of Police immediately after the accident.  Failure to report as required within one week shall constitute cause for revocation of the permit.  If, following an investigation, a determination is made by the Chief of Police that the number of accidents for an owner or driver is excessive, he or she shall recommend to the Board of Commissioners that the owner or driver’s permit be revoked.
