§ 114.35  TRANSFER OF LICENSE OR PERMIT.
   (A)   No license or permit shall be transferable unless and until an application for transfer has been submitted to and approved by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   An application for the transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by fees prescribed in §§ 114.21 and 114.22.
   (C)   The written application for the transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial application for the license or permit and shall be issued to the Chief of Police pursuant to the provision of § 114.23 of this chapter.
