(A) It shall be the duty of the Mayor to cause all ordinances of the town to be enforced and to attend and preside over all meetings of the Board of Commissioners.
(B) The Mayor shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the town unless that function is delegated by the Board of Commissioners.
(C) Any vacancy in Mayor shall be filled as provided in G.S. §160A-63.
