§ 31.01  BOND.
   The Town Clerk, Finance Officer, Tax Collector and other officers or employees required by the Board of Commissioners shall, before entering upon their duties, post bond in amounts specified by the Board of Commissioners.  All bond premiums shall be paid from town funds.  However, when two offices are combined, such as Town Clerk and Finance Officer, only one bond shall be required.
