(A) No person shall engage in or carry out the business of massage unless the person has a valid business license issued by the town pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for each location that the business of massage is conducted by the person.
(B) No person shall practice massage as a massagist, employee or otherwise, unless the person has a valid massagist’s permit issued to him or her by the town pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
