§ 114.03  EXEMPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to the following individuals while engaged in the personal performance of the duties of their respective professions:
   (A)   Physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists or podiatrists who are duly licensed to practice their respective professions in the state;
   (B)   Nurses who are registered or licensed under the laws of the state;
   (C)   Athletic trainers who are employed by a recognized educational institutional or professional sports team and whose work is limited to athletic team members; and
   (D)   Barbers and beauticians who are duly licensed under the state, except that this exemption shall apply solely to the massaging of the neck, face, scalp and hair of the head of the customer or client for cosmetic or beautifying purposes.
