§ 113.08  REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   If it should appear that the facts set forth in the permittee’s application for a permit under the provisions of this chapter are untrue; or if the applicant is convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude; or if he or she engages in businesses other than as set forth in his or her permit or fails to utilize the same in good faith and for the purposes issued; or if the permittee shall be convicted of the violation of any applicable provision of this chapter, state law or town ordinances, rules and regulations, the permit shall be revoked by the Chief of Police.  The applicant may, if he or she desires, appeal the revocation to the Board of Commissioners.
