§ 111.54  DELINQUENT FEES; DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.
   If a subscriber fails to pay a properly due monthly subscriber fee within 60 days after the due date of the fee, the franchisee may cause disconnection of the subscriber’s cable installation.  However, upon payment in full of the delinquent monthly subscriber fee, the franchisee shall promptly reinstate the subscriber’s cable service, without additional connection charges unless the town has expressly authorized a charge for reconnection.
