§ 111.53  FRANCHISEE TO PROVIDE BILLING, MAINTENANCE SERVICE.
   The franchisee shall maintain a convenient service in the town during normal business hours for the receipt of sums due by its subscribers, provide for regular billing of accounts and maintain a maintenance service which shall be promptly available to subscribers 24 hours a day, upon telephone request.
