§ 111.27 FRANCHISEE TO MAKE REPAIRS.

Any damage caused to the property of building owners or users or any other person by the franchisee’s negligence shall be repaired fully by the franchisee. In addition, any damage caused to privately owned property by the franchisee’s installation and operation of service shall be repaired fully and promptly by the franchisee.
